Polygamy

Today I was watching A & E. There was a program on about polygamy. So, I began watching. The program was of course, based mainly around Mormons. I have always thought polygamy was sick, but never as sick as I do now. These women are so brain washed it is pathetic. One of the families has about 1500 members, mostly through incest. The children are being born with abnormalities (as you can imagine). It is required you have a child every year. Alot of the men sexually abuse their daughters. Some women were being molested as early as 3 years old. Some of the women who have managed to get away from their husband had very horrific stories. It made me sick to listen to women defending their polygamist lifestyle. How they are closer to God because of it and the man is sitting in the middle of his wives...........smiling! Polygamy is nothing more than a man screwing as many women as he chooses, marrying the woman to make sure she doesn't screw around on him and then using religion to get away with it. Polygamy is against the law. Utah needs to get off their asses and protect the innocent children. If you get a chance watch the program it is called Inside Polygamy and it is very interesting.
